Read these terms carefully before using the jyai9 platform — this is a binding agreement between you and us.
Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions.
"Platform" or "Site"
The jyai9 website, mobile version, and all related digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Site".
"User" or "Member"
Any person who has created an account at jyai9 and is using the services of the platform is referred to as a "User" or "Member".
"We" or "Authority"
jyai9 and its operating entity, officers, representatives, and affiliates are collectively referred to as "We" or "Authority".
"Services"
All entertainment gaming facilities provided on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, live games, fishing games, and virtual sports, are included under "Services".
"Account Balance"
The total amount of funds held in a member's account, including deposited funds and any applicable bonuses.
Account Registration
To create an account at jyai9, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
- A working mobile number and email address are required for registration.
- By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are using this platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and notify our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
Age Verification
jyai9 is a gaming platform for adults aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or using the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification Process
The authority reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Bank account statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
If verification fails or false information is provided, the account may be suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Account Management
Right to Suspend an Account
jyai9 authority may suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Providing false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse
Account Inactivity
If there is no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as "inactive". Contact our support team to recover an inactive account.
Financial Transactions
Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited at jyai9 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour. The authority reserves the right to verify an account before processing a withdrawal request.
Transaction Policy
- Deposited funds must come only from the member's own mobile banking account or bank account.
- Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- If any transaction fee applies, it will be communicated separately.
- In the case of fraudulent transactions, the authority reserves the right to hold funds and close the account.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members at jyai9 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Maximum deposit example: depositing ৳14,000 will earn a bonus of ৳8,000 and the total balance will be ৳22,000.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined. The wagering multiplier is 20x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are clearly stated on the offers page.
- If bonus benefits are abused, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%.
- The authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
jyai9 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. The platform's games are operated by trusted software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI).
Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted midway due to technical reasons, the authority will resolve the issue in the best possible way. However, the authority reserves the right to review any claim arising from a technical error.
Finality of Game Results
Once a game round is completed and the result is confirmed, it will be considered final. An appeal regarding a game result will only be considered in cases where a technical error can be demonstrated.
Sports Betting
The authority reserves the right to change sports betting markets and odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets are generally refunded, however each market's own rules apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jyai9 platform:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any illegal means.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Any attempt to damage the platform's software or systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Strategically abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Assisting minors in using the platform.
If any of the above activities are detected, the authority reserves the right to take legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jyai9 platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, text, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of the authority or its licensors.
Permission to Use
Members may view platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without the prior written approval of the authority is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Services Provided on an "As-Is" Basis
Services on the jyai9 platform are provided on an "as-is" basis. No absolute guarantee is given for uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
Limitation of Damages
The authority will not be liable in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
- If service is disrupted due to problems with the member's own device or software.
- Financial losses caused by delays from third-party payment gateways.
- Unauthorized access resulting from insecure management of account passwords.
- Service disruptions occurring due to force majeure circumstances.

Resolution Timeframe

Terms Changes
jyai9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Notification of Changes
Members will be notified of important changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Periodic Review
Members are advised to re-read these terms and conditions regularly in order to stay updated on the latest changes.
